Leadership and organizational skills

Thanks to my experience as a festival producer and directing the citizenship education project, I have been in charge of a work team, coordinating tasks, supervising goals and solving problems for constant improvement.

Team work

Working closely with a psychologist, a social historian and high school teachers, I  learned from the challenges of teamwork and multidisciplinarity, and the importance of sharing goals and motivations that strengthen the success of a project.

Analysis skills

This is one of my best strengths, backed by a strong training in the theoretical aspects of sociology. My  learning prioritized in the philosophy of science and epistemology. I tend to conceptualize, integrate perspectives and address a multidisciplinary vision on social phenomena.

Writing skills

For eight years I write sporadically, however today is my main task. I have written articles on political opinion, social history and memory, a book that presents a case study of the Valparaíso citizen movement, and currently a novel that addresses a group of young creators during the early period of transition to democracy in Chile.
