Ghostwriter / Writer 2018-2025
I work as a writer, specializing in historical autobiographies, business memoirs, chronicle writing, and television series scripts. I have completed a business and autobiographical memoir that required research in economics, industry, and the history of Chile (368 pages). The book I am currently writing is a fictionalized account of Jewish and Italian ancestors for a Chilean businessman. Both books involve a bibliographic research programme based on credible historical data and knowledge.
Teaching and Academic Experience
Pacto Paraíso Foundation. Citizen and Human Rights Education. 2014 - 2017
Together with a team of professionals, I created the non-profit Foundation “Pacto Paraíso”, in order to deliver innovative citizen education, from the human rights perspective. The course was delivered to teenagers from public secondary Schools in Valparaíso. The Foundation operated from 2014 till 2017, and taught in three Schools. Additionally, we conducted citizenship workshops for TECHO Chile (a non- profit NGO for social housing) , and for the Ministry of Culture and Arts (CNCA - CECREA Program). Our program was sponsored by the Chilean National Institute for Human Rights (INDH).

Work Experience as Researcher in urbanism
Consultant for Fundación Ciudad Emergente 2023-2024
Ciudad Emergente is a foundation working in the field of social urbanism. I was part of the Nueva Alameda project, led by the Regional Government of Santiago. I organised three community workshops with residents to gather information for a cycling urban project in the capital city, collecting data and conducting the final analysis of it. Researcher at Fundación Multitudes 2021 - 2022
I designed technical assistance in Open Government Protocol for municipalities, and collaborated in the creation of a Diploma in Open Government. I represented the Foundation on the Human Rights and Business Committee (led by the Undersecretariat of Human Rights) and on the Advisory Committee of the National Contact Point (NCP) of the International Economic Relations Office (MINREI), which aims to implement OECD standards on Human Rights within Chilean multinational companies.
Adviser to the Secretary of Planning. Municipality of Valparaíso, Chile. November 2016 to June 2017
Citizen participation advisor in the Planning Secretariat (SECPLA) working in collaboration with the service director. I worked organizing the Counsil staff, for the 2017 National Population Census, in coordination with the Regional INE office (National Institute for Statistics). I conducted research and information gathering on the situation of Tourism in the City of Valparaíso at the request of the County Development Plan, (PLADECO).
Creation of the Bungydome- Bubbleparc Company
2004- 2008
Together with my husband, we created the Bubbleparc, a little Entertainment Park for children in Europe. I was in charge of scouting locations and hiring the staff. Since 2004 , the park has been operating continuously, having been located for seasonal events in cities as London, Vienna and Edinburgh, and on a permanently base in Barcelona. I ´ve conducted meetings with the community to reach cohesion, resolve controversies and better organize their demands, concerning the design of urban projects.
Social science analyst collaborating in Contemporary Dance Project ¨Movimiento Sur¨, in Parque Cultural de Valparaíso. PCDV. Abril 2013.
I was part of a group of analysts invited by art critic and director of Parque Cultural de Valparaíso (PCDV) Mr. Justo Pastor Mellado, to collaborate on the theoretical dimension of the work made by young contemporary dancers, who were selected by Siemens Foundation to perform in the urban context of the city of Valparaíso, in Movimiento Sur.
Research and writing of a Guide on Chilean National Unesco Heritage Sites for the Ministry of Culture and Arts (Consejo Nacional de la Cultura y Las Artes, CNCA) . 2007.
I´ve being commissioned by the Ministry of Culture (Heritage Office), to write a Guide on Chilean Heritage Sites. The booklet has been publish for national distribution , on the year 2007.
Co production of Mutek, the chilean version of this innovative Canadian electronic music festival. ( 2003 y 2004). Experimental electronic music/ visual digital art / Eventual Architecture. Muelle Barón, Valparaíso. 2002 - 2004.
Together with Alain Mongeau (Mutek Canada) and Pol Taylor, I produced two versions of the MUTEK festival in Chile, for an audience of 3,000 people. The event inaugurated the reopening of the public use of Muelle Barón Pier. My role was on site production, artist hospitality, and the creation of institutional alliances and sponsorships. We collaborated with the Department of Architecture of the Technical University Federico Santa María.

2003 - 2004
My task consisted of the systematization of information on regional volunteer institutions, the relationship with institutions, drafting of a regional volunteer guide and creation of a website to rationalize volunteers supply and demand. I was awarded a scholarship by Organization of American States (OEA) to show the volunteer website at the Caribbean anual meeting of IT developers (May, 2003).
BMG - Casa Chile 1999 - 2001
I started my practice as a sociologist at BNG , where I dedicated myself to gather information and research the Chilean Ministry of Women, with the aim to create their institutional website, a community of woman users and a search engine. I researched and monitored the sociability system of Casa Chile, a website for Chileans living abroad. I took the opportunity to write an innovative thesis, about virtual communities with the guidance of my boss and colleague.

Leadership and organizational skills
Thanks to my experience as a festival producer and directing the citizenship education project, I have been in charge of a work team, coordinating tasks, supervising goals and solving problems for constant improvement.
Team work
Working closely with a psychologist, a social historian and high school teachers, I learned from the challenges of teamwork and multidisciplinarity, and the importance of sharing goals and motivations that strengthen the success of a project.
Analysis skills
This is one of my best strengths, backed by a strong training in the theoretical aspects of sociology. My learning prioritized in the philosophy of science and epistemology. I tend to conceptualize, integrate perspectives and address a multidisciplinary vision on social phenomena.
Writing skills
For eight years I write sporadically, however today is my main task. I have written articles on political opinion, social history and memory, a book that presents a case study of the Valparaíso citizen movement, and currently a novel that addresses a group of young creators during the early period of transition to democracy in Chile.
